SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES
Domestic orders:
We offer free shipping on all orders.
Processing time for domestic orders is 5-10 days. Please note that any orders placed on Friday will ship the following Monday (excluding major holidays). Delivery time is between 5-7 business days.
International orders:
We offer delivery in 10-30 business days on all orders World Wide with DHL for $15.99
All orders are shipped from North Carolina.
Customs, Taxes & Duties:
Conjure x Crystals is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may occur upon delivery.
Reliability is key, which is why we use a signed-for delivery service.
Please make sure you or someone you know will be present to accept your delivery and sign for it. If no-one is in we’ll make sure we leave a card so that a re-delivery can be arranged. Alternatively, you may contact DHL directly to arrange for a delivery slot that suits you.
For both free and paid deliveries, you will need to make sure that you cover any ongoing customs or taxes costs should any be incurred when shipping to your destination. The prices within the online store DO NOT include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur. These costs are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please ensure you familiarise yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order. These duties are charged once an order reaches its destination (delivery country). Cost of duties will vary widely from country to country and cannot be predicted by Conjure x Crystals. All charges are levied by the local government agency and no margin or profit is taken by Conjure x Crystals.
We recommend contacting your local customs office before ordering to avoid any unforeseen charges.
We strongly recommend 'tracking' be purchased for all returns as we will not be held liable if your item is not received.
Please note that if you are returning items to us from an international location a Customs Declaration form must be completed and placed on the package. It is also very important that you label the items as 'returned goods'. Failure to do so will result in the package being held in customs with charges applied for customs duty. The parcel will not be released and forwarded to us unless you the customer pays these fees.
At Conjure x Crystals we do our best to deliver within the stated time, however, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.
Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.
We try our best to get deliveries out to you on time, but sometimes international deliveries can take longer than expected due to factors outside of our control.
RETURNS
At this time we are unable to process returns due to the nature of our products.
Every item is 100% unique and hand-crafted out of natural materials.
However, in the event of an item being faulty, we are able to send a replacement.
If the style is out of stock, we will issue you a partial refund.
